Maddy Barrington-Groves has been practicing yoga and pilates for more than 10 years and studied Vinyasa flow, Iyenga and Hatha yoga intensively in Thailand for four months in 2005. She completed her teacher training at Louise Solomon’s world-renown Yoga Pilates Training Academy in Byron Bay, Australia, in 2006 and has subsequently taught thousands of pupils at her classes throughout the world.
